Steps

1. Build jar from project on https://github.com/nikcross/open-forum
2. Copy jar to jetty/webapps/root/WEB-INF/lib
3. Run OpenForum and make changes
4. Stop OpenForum
5. Run purge script to remove history, log and other temporary resources
6. Build tagged docker image
7. Push tagged docker image
